Lyons Den/Kids Inc operates an after-school childcare service at Scoil Réalt na Mara, offering care from 13:30/14:30 until 18:00.
The service includes:
- Snacks and fruit, with a hot meal served at 16:00.
- Organised activities such as art, sports, and games.
- Time for homework or free play.
- A strict ‘no screens’ policy.
They also remain open on half-days and any day the school closes for staff training.
All parents/guardians are entitled to a minimum of €2.14 per hour off the cost of childcare through NCS funding. Additional support may be available depending on your circumstances. To apply, visit the NCS parent portal.
