Agreed Report on Board of Management Meeting

Date of Board of Management Meeting:Wednesday 20th of March 2024

  1. The Chairperson welcomed the Board and thanked them for their attendance.

  1. The minutes of the previous Board meeting were reviewed and approved.

  1. The Principal presented his report to the Board:

  • An audit of the schools lighting and heating has been carried out by Galileo Energy Services and an Emergency Works Application will be sent to the Department.

  • Policy on Communication between school and parents was reviewed and ratified. The Principal will contact Sail Alarms with the intention of installing a buzzer and intercom system at the main door.

  1. The Board completed the Child Protection Oversight Report and received the Anti-Bullying Report.

  1. The Treasurer presented his report to the Board and the Board reviewed the financial position of the school.
