Agreed Report on Board of Management Meeting

Date of Board of Management Meeting: Wednesday 31^st January 2024

1. The Chairperson welcomed the new Board and thanked them for their attendance.
2. The minutes of the previous Board meeting were reviewed and approved.
3. The Principal presented his report to the Board.

• • School Tracksuit Survey: 89% of parents voted in favour of updating the current tracksuit.
  • Updating of the school’s IT system is underway.
  • SNAs have completed a Child Manual Handling Course facilitated by Optima Training.
  • Emergency Works Application has finally been approved by the Department of Education to improve accessibility to the school building.

4. The Board completed the Child Protection Oversight Report and received the Anti-Bullying Report.
5. The Treasurer presented his report to the Board and the Board reviewed the financial position of the school.
